We recommend atleast an hour for mommies with many questions and concerns and/or who don't want to feel rushed.

Moms that have a lot of questions and don't want to feel rushed, please book a 90 minute consultation.

The first visit includes history taking, physical examination of mother and baby as well as a weight check.
