Bring your birth team to this meeting, where we will discuss your birth plan as well as prepare you for what to expect on the day, when to call etc.

We don't offer ultrasounds. Feel free to whatsapp us for recommendations for ultrasound.

Please note that 30 minutes is quite a short consultation.

Please arrive on time so you can enjoy your full appointment. Late arrivals may mean a shorter consultation.

*Please note we, very sadly, don't offer natural births after CAESAREAN SECTION.*

Please note 45 minutes is quite a short check-up for mom and baby.

We recommend atleast an hour for mommies with many questions and concerns and/or who don't want to feel rushed.

Moms that have a lot of questions and don't want to feel rushed, please book a 90 minute consultation.

The first visit includes history taking, physical examination of mother and baby as well as a weight check.
